UNI MICRO CONCRETE F is a ready to use product in
grey powder form, which requires only the on-site addition of water to
produce a high strength, non-shrink micro concrete of predictable
performance.
The materials is based on Portland cement, graded
aggregates, fillers and additives which impart controlled
expansion characteristics in the plastic stage while minimising water
demand. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term
durability. For larger repairs, mixed UNI MICRO CONCRETE F can be modified
by the addition of 10 mm clean, graded, saturated, surface dry aggregates
at site.
UNI MICRO CONCRETE F USES
- Gas or steam turbines
- Generators
- Presses

Instruction for UNI MICRO CONCRETE F Use
Surface Preparation
Base plates, bolts, etc. must be clean and free of oil, grease, paint, residual curing compound or other contaminants that could impair adhesion. Set and align equipment. If shims are to be removed after the grout has set, then lightly grease
